Arrival
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
If the check-in form has been completed in advance, you may also use our self check-in service between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability.
Bar – Sky Sports Bar
Our bar Michi’s is open from 3:00 PM.
Whether inside the bar or outside in our small garden area – come by and enjoy a relaxing time! (Closing days may vary.)
Breakfast
Enjoy our delicious breakfast buffet daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
If you have any food intolerances or allergies, please let us know so we can prepare suitable options for you.
If breakfast is not included in your booking, you are welcome to add it for €19.
Check-Out
If you plan to leave early in the morning or during the night, we kindly ask you to settle your hotel bill the evening before departure, as the reception opens at 7:30 AM.
You are welcome to use your room on the day of departure until 10:30 AM.

Here you will find all restaurants of our area. At the info point in our lobby we have a list with special recommendations.
Non-Smoking Hotel
Please note that our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking areas are located in front of the hotel and at the entrance of Michi’s Bar. Thank you for your understanding.
Reception
Reception is open from 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
If you have any questions or requests, we are always happy to help. If the reception is unattended, Nathan at our hotel bar will also be happy to assist you.
Safe
Each room is equipped with a safe. You can receive the key at reception for a deposit of €20. Upon return of the key, a rental fee of €5 will be deducted, and you will receive €15 back.
Sauna | Infrared Cabin
The sauna and infrared cabin are open daily.
Sauna: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (please register in advance)
Infrared cabin: from 10:00 AM onwards (no registration required)
Ski Rental Mair & Ski School St. Johann
At Ski Rental Mair you not only receive a 15% discount, but you can also store your rented skis there free of charge.
In addition, you receive a 10% discount on all offers from the St. Johann Ski School. Bookings can be made directly at the hotel reception.
Ski Depot
You may store your skis and ski boots free of charge during your stay in the ski room of Hotel PARK, located directly next to the ski slopes. You will receive an access card on your arrival day. In case of loss, a fee of €2 will be charged.
We also offer the possibility to store your ski equipment in the ski depot directly in our hotel. Convenient outdoor access: simply turn left after the carport into the lower ground floor.
St. Johann Card
We kindly ask you to complete the guest registration form upon arrival (passport or ID card and email address required). You will then receive the St. Johann Card by email. Please download it, as it gives you free access to the Panorama Badewelt swimming area and all local S-Bahn trains.
Tip Box
We hope you enjoyed your stay at Hotel Fischer and were satisfied with our service. A tip box for the hotel team is available at reception.
Water
All of our taps provide fresh Tyrolean spring water from the mountains. (Drinking water)
Water Bottle – Spring Water
Next to our hotel you will find the “Johannesbrunnen” with fresh spring water of the highest quality. You can purchase a Hotel Fischer water bottle at reception for €15 to fill it up anytime.

We have been awarded the Austrian Eco Label as well as the EU Eco Label. As part of this commitment, we aim to conserve resources. Therefore, room cleaning takes place every 2 days.
